Mark is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who served 24 years throughout the world in the United States Army.  He is a decorated veteran of Desert Shield/Storm who is credited with instituting key programs and developing polices that have been adopted Army-wide.  Mark is very innovative, always searching for ways to provide improved customer service. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree with a specialization in Marketing from Saint Bonaventure University.

He also holds an MBA and MS/HRM Degree from Golden Gate University.  Mark is a certified, advanced mediator and skilled negotiator trained by the Justice Center of Atlanta.  He is also specially trained as a program manager for Equal Opportunity.  He prides himself in honesty and having the ability to make complicated matters easily understood by all parties.

Mark is a member of the Military Officers Association of America, American Legion, and a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association. Mark, his wife, YuKyong, and son, Kristopher, live in Evans, Georgia.
